Toni Howard and Babb Star are doing a Black Label book together, 4 oversized issues. It's "Hot girl Gotham book they've been craving." Also, lots of new costumes because they love cosplayers #NYCC @thedcnation #NYCC2025 #Gotham

My thoughts about the DCU. i'm feeling mixed about it, I was hoping to see the DCU, but it's not really there. With the exception of, Justice Gang, Superman, Lex Luthor, Lois Lane, Supergirl, there are mostly lesser-known characters right now. Where are the Heroes and Villains?

I'm actually looking forward to Swamp Thing, to be honest I was a bit disappointed that only such unknown Vertigo comics were announced, but #SwampThing now as a Black Label is awesome! #NYCC
Coming in April 2026, Swamp Thing #1-4, a continuation of the controversial storyline that was cancelled at the time. In it, Swamp Thing meets Jesus Christ. This is DC Black Label, not Vertigo. #SWampThing #NYCC #NYCC2026

@godsandmortaIs Well if Gunn finished the script before October 7, 2023, then of course it has nothing to do with the current ongoing conflict. I don't think he wrote it for fun, but one shouldn't read too much into it either. Not everything has to have some deeper meaning behind it.
