Early Friday morning, our Emakhandeni neighborhood watch patrols met armed men who fired shots. Brother Godfrey Muzanenhamo was shot and rushed to hospital. On Sunday morning he passed on. Our thoughts & prayers are with his family. @Mathuthu @NewsDayZimbabwe @PoliceZimbabwe

Yesterday at the pre budget Seminar, I proposed that the Ministry of Finance come up with a public facing implementation tracker which is a digital dashboard that matches past budget promises with actual allocations and delivery milestones. Consultations must not be ceremonial.
