A great few days in Germany!! ⚽️🇩🇪@PFA . Leaving @Arsenal, moving to @bayer04_en could have been an excuse to put things on hold. In 2 weeks Granit had organised to coach every week with a local amateur team @SCUnionNettetal, to continue with his UEFA A and future plans

Handle the moving parts/relationships within a football club. Work out what your daily/weekly process looks like. Live it! .Cesc has an excellent attitude to learn and improve. His humility and work ethic will give him every chance to succeed in the future. Always a pleasure Cesc

There’s no short cut in becoming excellent on the grass. Bank the hours!! Deal with lack of resources and poor facilities. Look after the players holistically to get the best out of the person

The work others avoid…. @cesc4official has been at the very top of the game as a player. You see high profile players jump straight into Coaching/Management, not having an appreciation for the art of coaching, player development or the skills required to manage people.
