2) Judicial: controlled by “conservatives.” Overturning basic civil rights. Right now.

If voting is our only protection against fascism, then we've already lost. Without voting protection act, with all the gerrymandering & installing Sect'ys of State who are willing to override popular votes, there are many states in this country without free & fair elections.
