First session of our Cynffig Wellbeing Wednesday gym club done 🙌🏻 Plenty of smiles, effort, and a real buzz around the gym!🤝 Looking after wellbeing isn’t just about fitness, it helps learners feel calmer, more confident, and ready to take on whatever the day throws at them💪🏻

Y8 put on an outstanding performance against Llangynwyd this afternoon🤝 7-6 down at half time, managed to bring it back to 11-7 and narrowly lost 23-20! Everyone worked their socks off💪🏻 Shout out to Alfie Gaudion who was awarded player of the match for his awesome defence👊🏻

Fantastic way to end the rugby for our year 9 learners today, cup finalists in the Bridgend Schools 7’s🙌🏻🏉 Once again, the sun was shining allowing for some fantastic rugby played all day☀️ The boys finished top of an incredibly competitive group to get to the final🤝

Fantastic to wrap up the rugby year for our year 8 learners!🏉 Both sides were phenomenal, the Whites fighting hard throughout the group stages and the Blues managing to make it to the cup final!🙌🏻 Big well done to our referees and year 10 learner Ollie who was first aider🚑

Fantastic day of 7’s for our U14 girls today🏉 In the last event for the girls this year, they played superbly against the very best in the Ospreys East and scored some tries of real quality🤝 It’s been a pleasure coaching this group all season, they’ve been different class🙌🏻

Brilliant day at the @UrddWRU7 for our male and female learners today🏉 The girls got to the round of 16 of the cup but lost out to a strong @BassalegSchool1🤝 The boys managed to go all the way to the main cup final! Well done to a superb @GwyddGlantaf outfit taking the win🤝
