Have had such a fantastic two days discussing all things BACCN! I feel really privileged to sit on the national board as their independent board member.
Day 2 of the BACCN Board meeting in Reading and today our Board are using the NCVO governance wheel, a tool to measure and develop charity governance and leadership, to examine their roles, responsibilities, and performance as Trustees of the BACCN.
