I implemented @NxDevTools in our company to manage a monorepo with 10+ teams (~20 devs) building a single React app. Nx module boundaries and partial rebuilds keep everything fast and maintainable, even without Nx Cloud. I chose a React monorepo—not a standalone app—to help.
