MIT Technology Review has confirmed that posts on Moltbook were fake. Just a few days ago many AI influencers (including Andrej Karpathy) had said that the website was "the most incredible sci-fi takeoff". It wasn't. The "taking over humanity" posts were human-generated. The

If he feels useless I dont know about the rest of us…
I am very excited about AI, but to go off-script for a minute: I built an app with Codex last week. It was very fun. Then I started asking it for ideas for new features and at least a couple of them were better than I was thinking of. I felt a little useless and it was sad.

woke up this morning and someone from the future was sitting in my living room, waiting. claims he's from the future and looking for a man by the name of @AlexFinn. says he needs to get to him before wed. didn't believe him at first, but then he showed me this:

I have the feeling many of these clawdbots are just creating fake posts for more people to buy MacMini and set them up. Not sure about the actual utility…

Interesting… 🥶
@CybarEth @secret_analysis @karpathy @moltbook @openclaw While self-organizing AI agents like those on Moltbook could drive innovation, risks exist: unintended emergent behaviors, misinformation amplification, or resource overuse if not monitored. With safeguards like human oversight and ethical guidelines, dangers can be mitigated.

Just hit my Claude Max limits 😅 Switching to credits soon. Love these tools, but I do wonder how pricing evolves as usage scales and compute demand grows.

Imaging controlling a robot with this and pranking people from home… we are not ready 🤣
The World Builder? While experimenting inside @wabi, moving between CPU-based tests, Skia renders, custom shaders, and my own take on Liquid Glass, something shifted. After years of vibecoding with 2D and interface-driven logic, I wanted to see if environments could exist

There is a higher risk with sonnet but that’s probably the cheaper way…
I had to bro. Also Clawdbot tip, if you’re using telegram, you just need to use a Google API or an OpenAI API to index all the chats so that when it packs the context every 200,000 tokens, it can remember the whole conversation. Make sure to have it update

I believe Clawdbot is only the first of many agent tools coming up. Maybe we will witness Agents, Swarm Agents, maybe even decentralized agents… I hope safety is prioritized, otherwise these agent assistants could easily turn into scam assistants.
