Close Cuts Head-Shaving Event began in Yorkton, SK in 1998 to support Brayden Ottenbreit in his fight with cancer, raising over $1,500,000!

We were honoured to provide the BBQ at the Grand Opening of the new Popowich Terminal Building at Yorkton Regional Airport that raised over $1,700 for our Local Cancer Initiatives Program. Thank you to everyone who came out today! Stay tuned for upcoming events in 2026!

MEET JACK! He will be participating in our 28th Annual Brayden Ottenbreit Close Cuts for Cancer Headshaving Event at 10:30am this Saturday at the Parkland Mall. He’s taking part in memory & honour of many family members who have been affected by cancer Thanks Jack!

Today we received a cheque for $20,033 from the TimHortons Yorkton Smile Cookie Campaign. This was the most successful Smile Cookie campaign since this partnership began in 2018 and brings the total funds raised to $88,226.98!!! Thank you Yorkton!

TODAY WAS THE DAY that we delivered the @cancerfdnsask @Cuts4Cancer Charity Charger to its new owner, Joey Holtorf of Neuanlage, Sask! This project raised a total of $566,720 to support cancer patient care here in Saskatchewan! Thank you to all who supported this raffle!!
