Hi all, the wine is now finished. Grapes pressed, I got 15 litres of grape mash, water, sugar and yeast etc all added. Now to wait 3 days to remove the muslin bag holding the mash from the juice add the rest of the sugar etc then leave it to ferment for 3 weeks.😊
