Comcast Update: Upload speeds keep tanking and it's incredibly inconsistent. Install for fiber with Comcast can take anywhere from 3-6 months, so it'll likely be a while. Only other ISP in my area offers "High Speed Internet up to 1-3 Mbps", so Comcast is the only option.

Were you actually DMCA'd or was it just a VOD mute? This happened frequently in the past with PD sirens but it was just VOD mutes at the time. I appealed them all because it wasn't even the same sirens and they were all unmuted. Haven't had a single mute in months.
