@CuriousZelda I wanted to share this girl with you. My parents adopted her a few months ago, and she reminds me so much of Zelda. I think Zelda lives on in the hearts of so many people. I think of her every time I look at this little girl

It's our first Christmas without Zelda. What will we do without our startled pudding under the tree? We'd trade all the gifts and more just to have one more festive staring match with her.

Getting a stamp of Zelda's actual paw was one of the best things I've done. Not just because she could sign her own book - but because we'll treasure her 'pawtoshoot' images forever. Whatever we did, Zelda made it comical.

These were Zelda's first steps at home on the day I rescued her. She'd been through so much to get here, and this was the first of many rigorous surveys. It seemed excessive, but in these moments, I witnessed the start of a life lived curiously.
