International Day today was a festival of colour, music, food and dance. 🌍. Children looked amazing, representing over 40 countries in traditional clothing. Thank you to all the parents who came in to share activities, stories and songs!. More photos to follow on our website.

Thank you to @Infosys for hosting a group of children and parents in their Canary Wharf office yesterday. Members of their team spoke about how they have used their neurodiverse ‘superpowers’ to develop very successful careers. The views from floor 14 were also amazing!

Year 1 went on a local walk to see the Singapore Navy's RSS Formidable ship. We were greeted by some of the crew who told us a little about the ship. Some of us used fantastic oracy skills to ask interesting questions to help us learn more. We all really enjoyed it!

As part of our RE learning, Year 2 visited the East London Mosque today. We learnt about the features of a mosque and how they link to the five pillars of Islam. We were amazed to learn that over a million people visit annually. Now we can't wait to complete this RE unit!

Year 3 had an inspiring visit from author Adeola Sokunbi! She introduced her Destiny Ink series, answered questions, and even co-created a brand-new monster with the children’s ideas. The session ended with book signings for eager readers. A magical experience for all!
