A very interesting read on the funding resources of DOH going to preferred developers. We have often stated the reason that some municipalities have 10% per 8-30g is because the report is not a measure of affordability it is rather which municipalities have been granted funding

@Ct169S Who routinely gets the lion’s share of 9% LIHTCs and Private Activity Bond Volume Cap allocations? New Haven and Hartford. Hard for Fairfield County to develop true affordable housing without access to the two most powerful tools available to developers.
