🌬Our big frost protection machines are out earlier this year. 🌞Very warm, early April temperatures brought on a lot of growth to our apple trees. We will use these fans over the next month when temperatures drop below -3 degrees Celsius to pretext the trees from frost damage.

✂️Our apple trees are loving their new do. Each year, our orchard is pruned by hand. By removing some branches the tree is stimulated to produce more fruiting spurs. Further, hard pruning opens up the branches so that sunlight and air can reach all the ripening fruit.
