Still can’t quite believe the tragic & unexpected news that Christopher Cornwell has passed away. Chris was such a warm-hearted & generous person – a champion of other writers & a wonderful poet who loved to test the boundaries of form in his constellation-like poems. RIP Chris x

Thank you so much to everyone who has supported our project over the last two years. Covid-19 meant that it never developed in the way that we hoped it would, but we are so pleased to say that, with the launch of @LlyfrgellPoetry, a Poetry Library of Wales feels closer than ever.

Having spoken with @LlyfrgellPoetry this week, we believe that their campaign is in a far stronger position than ours to deliver a National Poetry Library of Wales, and we urge you to throw your support behind this exciting project by signing the petition:

In 2020 we launched a campaign for a Poetry Library for Wales with an article published in @PoetryWales. Today we're very pleased to pass that torch on to @LlyfrgellPoetry, who are putting together a campaign that we believe will deliver the poetry library that Wales deserves.
