Australia is moving toward a more sustainable supply chain as the cruise lines look to source more local product supporting farmers, producers, winemakers etc. Great panel sharing fun facts like 60kg of Tassie salmon and 1Mkg of Aussie potatoes purchased each year by Carnival.

SA Tourism Minister Bettison officially welcomed a record 156 attendees to Adelaide, host of the 26th ACA conference. The SA cruise sector is worth $215m (2022/2023) up 48% from pre pandemic numbers. She announced a new SA Cruise Attraction Working Committee to progress growth.
