Jay Vernalls and Gareth Purdy have both today stepped down from running the U15’s - Jay after 10 years coaching these lads hands over to Charlie Head and supported by Gavin Baxter. Thanks and best wishes to Jay and Gareth.
So today I officially hang up the boots and hand over to Charlie who now take a the lads on their football journey this season. Shame we couldn’t play but a Nice send off with the players and parents today. My thanks to all for the messages and thanks to @CrowlandJFC

Also nice to have Violet Cook and Ruby Acton form the U15 Girls join in today for some extra match practice. Both have been training with the U15 lads to get extra sessions in. Great development and preparation.

An away victory this afternoon for the U14 Boys sees them remain top of Div 3 with one game to go. A draw or better next week in final game will see them Top the league. Another great game from both teams with some superb GK from Stanground.

Well done to the Under 14’s a 4-1 win today sees them sit top with two games to be played with 3 teams all going for it in the final stages. Excellent football played today by both teams, a superb individual goal today from @thorpewoodfc number 10 as well. 👏🏻 💛🖤💛🖤⚽️⚽️
