A problem with statically typed languages can be that talking to the outside world is cumbersome. I've been experimenting with a code first integration platform "Spotless" and generating Gleam clients from Open API.

I've implemented an eval for EYG that type checks the evaluated program against how it will be used in the rest of the program. To my thinking it's similar to a Type provider but implemented the same as any other effect.
