I used to find the Crowborough Retweet account really useful for sharing all things Crowborough related, but the account has been dormant a while now. I have contacted the owner several times to see it it will be revived but no response so thought I'd start my own.

This weekend, we’ll be collecting donations to help fund the efforts needed to keep Jarvis Brook Memorial Hall, open. Don’t worry, though—we won’t actually let Mr. Chairman near a digger… last time, we nearly ended up with a new swimming pool!

@wealdendistrict @EastSussexCC @bovishomes someone needs to fix the water on the pavement at the entrance to the Bovis site on Walshes Rd, Crowborough. It’s lethal & has caused me injuries today. Someone could break bones on it.

Crowborough where I live is a Beacon town. One of several along the south coast. We are the highest point for about 20 miles. Tonight, before the fireworks the beacon was lit.
