The City of Crete has declared a Snow Emergency beginning at 1PM on Saturday, Feb 23. If you have a vehicle parked on a marked emergency snow route, please move it before 1PM.

As you make your way through the winter wonderland, please be mindful that there may be school kids out in the snow. As always, slow down, leave plenty of distance and watch for pedestrians.

Thankfully, this is (allegedly) from Montreal circa December 2016. Having said that, the roads in and around Crete are also slick, so be sure to double your following distance, give yourself plenty of time to stop and leave.
