. “Because of the needs of our particular group, it has to be somewhere that has reasonable disability access and at least one disability accessible toilet. Access to a kitchen would be a bonus.”

We have maintained telephone contact with our users throughout the pandemic and they had been so looking forward to meeting up again with their friends, sharing news, taking part in activities and having a good old singalong. We were even beginning to get referrals of new people

Before the pandemic, CREST Waltham Forest had been providing up to eighty places of day care a week for people experiencing disability and dementia. Now, 15 months after its closure and just four weeks before its planned reopening, the charity has been made homeless. “

I hate that we're having a third wave and so many people are ill and some are dying but it's amazing to see the positive impact of the vaccine. If you haven't already PLEASE get vaccinated. If you have reservations then fact check - so much nonsense around.

If you’re sceptical about Covid vaccines working, please take a moment to look at this graph. And please chat to an NHS nurse or doctor if you’re still unsure about getting vaccinated. We’d love to help 🙏

Fun toilet roll fact check! The world's first perforated toilet paper was developed in Hackney Wick by a Victorian firm called 'Bronco'. Part of Hackney Wick's rich industrial heritage, highlighted by the 'Wick Wonders' blue plaques. https://t.co/zPSVTiF1JJ #hackney #hackneywick
