Update on my health situation: I went to the ENT specialist and he prescribed a 20-day treatment for reflux. If the problem with swallowing saliva doesn’t go away, I’ll definitely have to get a gastroscopy. In the meantime, I’m allowed a couple of “cheat days” x week, but for
