Close friends of mine are currently being supported by Kids Cancer Care - they used to have us around for Christmas every year and I'm hoping this might make some small difference in the support their young daughter needs right now. Hope you can help.

@CravenStories This happened to my husband. There was no reason for the suspension, he only had 1 design in his shop which was my own original art I had made for him for his local sport team. We tried to appeal, but they just never replied. I don't recommend anyone put trust in them.

I mean, seriously? Suspending accounts, not sighting reasons and then basically telling you they have only set up an appeals process to give the illusion they treat things fairly? My guess the appeals 'team' probably doesn't even exist.

You could 'appeal' the decision but they claim not to a) review every appeal & b) if you don't hear from them in 2wks too bad so sad.

This very generic page listed everything from we believe the artwork isn't yours to we think you might be under 16, all of which don't apply to me. I mean if they bothered to ask it's pretty easy to prove my copyright for everything I had.

Amidst the @redbubble #redbubble #deadbubble exploitative tiered fee fiasco, another incident from them has left a bad taste in my mouth. 2 weeks ago I woke to find a very generic email saying my account had been suspended but no specific explanation as to why.
