Crazy Week 7 in Texas. Manning emerges in Red River, TCU loses in a familiar way, UTEP offense is a problem, Texas State’s October troubles continue. All in my 10 thoughts:

Arch Manning leads the Texas Longhorns back into AP Top 25, SEC contention; TCU struggles with turnovers, rushing attack on road; Scotty Walden's offense struggles again in a UTEP loss.

What did I get wrong? I really struggled with 4-7. Wasn’t sure where to put Houston compared to the 4-2 group of Baylor, SMU, TCU.

Steve Sarkisian ended any talk about Texas’ inability to win a big game as the Horns catapulted back into contention with a win over Oklahoma.

Before. He already missed from 55 and your offense is playing well. Even if you don't get it, the defense has been good.
@CravenMike Before or after he missed it?

That's the type of drive that can change offensive fortunes. 14 plays, 75 yards, took 7:11 off the clock. Horns convert four third downs, including on the TD throw.

A touchdown! Texas takes the first possession of the second half down the field and Manning finds Moore for the first TD of the game. Horns up 10-6 with 7:49 left in the 3rd Q. Manning is dealing right now.
