In the Maple Room, pupils used eyegaze to make music with GarageBand. Just when we thought the session was finished… one pupil reopened the app & had fun playing the snare drum. When children are given the right tools, they choose what they want, not always what we had planned!

Thanks to Children's Aid, we have installed a new track & hoist system in our hydrotherapy pool area. The new system provides safe & seamless transfers for children directly from the changing area into the pool. We are so grateful to Children’s Aid for making this possible.

We are so proud of our senior pupils who have achieved SQA National 1 Awards this year. One parent shared: “Before Craighalbert, his voice was hidden. Now his personality shines... and he’s gained SQA qualifications we never thought possible. Craighalbert gave our boy a voice.”

Our Parent Council are pleased to confirm the Dress Down Day's for the year ahead. All funds raised will go directly towards helping create a sheltered outdoor space at Craighalbert, giving more opportunities to enjoy learning & play outdoors in all weathers.
