Okay so, progress pic time. Left is me at around my heaviest, 20st (~127kg). Right is me today at 15st 9lb (~99.34kg), same clothes, just diff colour shorts of same brand. Still a ways to go, but I'm really fucking proud of myself, and, most importantly, I'm so fucking happy. 😁

And suddenly, all is good again, at least tonight. We'll see how it is tomorrow but, I think it's only on the up from here. It's funny how closure with the woman you love, even when it's a ending you didn't want, can give you such a sense of calm in the storm the mind has become.

Been a brutal couple of months recently, but none of it compares to this week alone. Life has turned upside down. Just taking it all a day at a time for now. Fully back to being a nicotine addict, but at least I lost 14 pounds this week alone (not healthily but we take it).
