@CourtneyEnglish @atlurbanist Doesn’t population growth increase the tax base? Or is the city’s view that the marginal new resident is a net tax burden rather than net benefit?. As for property values, I’d like to see the tax commissioner get realistic about what the real value of commercial property is.
