The man who hosted I’d never met and he gave a testimony to start which resonated as we share a similar past. I told myself I’d just listen tonight, but after that I ended up sharing mine. At the end he prayed for me in a way I’ve never experienced. He is my brother for life now.

I spent all day today regretting that I committed to go to a Bible study with a friend tonight. First time in forever as I’d typically prefer to just read alone. Thought of a million excuses, but decided to go. Thank God. One of the most powerful experiences I’ve had recently.

Tunnel vision on the things I can control. I’ll let God sort out the rest.
