Let me tell you a story... Josi and John visited the garden well over a year ago. Took a jar of their fave flowers and colours home giving me time to adjust my planting scheme. Josi came to me with her 'maids the day before her wedding and a fabulous boho bouquet. Love it ! 😍

This fun set of carrot embroideries caught my eye at a recent visit to the @gardenmuseum. Almost inspired me to give it a go myself with all the free time I've got 🤔 now that the growing season is over.

Helichrysum salmon rose. One of several varieties grown this year successfully. These have a double whammy because they can be used fresh or dried.... always a bonus in my book. #driedflowers

A proud dad moment! The lovely Freya just before getting hitched to Josh on a beautiful sunny day in June. Another couple that had their consultation at my home and garden before giving me the thumbs up. Great photos by @scottstockwellphotography

Phacelia sown 20 sept in need of thinning out. I include this in my planting plan as A) it's a green manure so holds on to the nitrogen in the soil B) it's great for cutting early summer B) bees love it . I cover these topics and much more on #seedtovase 2020 see link in bio.

Always fascinating to see how beautifully my DIY buckets of flowers have been used by friends and family to decorate #weddingvenues. 4 large buckets of blooms in mixed colours were used @priorscourttithebarn #Gloucestershire at the end of August. It looked fabulous!

Recent thank you #bouquet order from a young man to his new parents in law! Definite brownie points earned. Preferred colours advised by him. Loving the unusual yellow patrinia scabiosifolia.
