why I’m not being told what really happened, how was the inquiry done? As a costumer I surely deserve to know that, when I feel like I’m being duped by Amazon India. This is an example of pathetic costumer care service by Amazon India.

If their delivery agent did not deliver and did something with the product or delivered to some wrong address, it’s Amazon India’s responsibility, why should I bear the loss? Why I’m being punished for being a loyal costumer,

So how can they deliver it me? Also I also 3-4 more items at the same time and they were delivered on diff occasions with me receiving OTP for the delivery of each of them except the product in question. So my point it why was there no OTP for this product?

it was delivered, we had an inquiry, bla bla blah.. but no one’s answering me some pertinent questions, like who was it delivered to, as I never received the item myself, as I never got a call for the delivery of the product?

So after a number of posts. @amazon.in reached out to me and asked for access to my DM and then asked me to contact their support again. I did that and that seemed to be a waste of time as CC executive repeated the same lines like -

More than that if the delivery executive failed to deliver or delivered it to someone else, the responsibility lies with Amazon not me. So why should I bear the loss? Since it was prepaid item as I always prefer that, am I being punished for not opting COD?

Her tone was as if she does not care and they were doing me a favor. You can find a voice note, I have attached here. I mean ok if it was delivered, you should deliver the item with OTP or some Pin, right? And was it shared from my end? No. @amazon

So I had to call them again and to my surprise they said they have closed the inquiry and came to the conclusion that the item was delivered to me. The worst thing was the manner the customer care executive dealt with it? @AmazonHelp @jagograhakjago

I have ordered a pen drive from https://t.co/vgXU5Sp0fe and it was not delivered. Yet I got a msg saying it was delivered. So I immediately called their customer care service and they said they will inquire the matter. I waited for few days and they never followed up. @amazonIN
