To finish our DPW event, we are having a very thoughtful workshop on how to manage microaggressions, especially during academic interviews.

In the workshop "How to interview" participants are learning how to build their elevator pitch, this will give faculty an idea of your current position, what you have learned in the past and what is your vision for the future. Don't forget to trust and believe in yourself!
