Professor Gross's lectures will be on “Black Women, History, and Vengeance Feminism: An Ode & A Query” and “Maria, 1681: Historical Legacies of Race, Gender, and Disposability". Both lectures focus on connections between the histories of Black women, lawlessness and feminism.
