So grateful for @GovernorKayIvey, who signed the IVF bill into law 15 minutes after it passed the Senate floor last year! She is a champion for our IVF families!
One year ago today, I signed legislation to protect IVF in Alabama. Families across our state have since welcomed babies into this world through IVF. Alabama is proudly pro-life and pro-family! #alpolitics

I was proud to join IVF families and advocates this morning to celebrate the one-year anniversary of the IVF Immunity Act. Thanks to this legislation, over 400 pregnancies have been possible. IVF is as pro-life as it gets, and the Legislature is committed to protecting it.

I've spoken with Alabama Speaker of the House @RepLedbetter and he's assured me that a bill to protect IVF will be taken up immediately. We want everyone to have the opportunity to have kids. IVF will remain legal and available in Alabama.
