College sports are in trouble. We need to save ALL of them - From big schools to small schools and from big money sports like football and basketball to non-revenue Olympic sports like wrestling, swimming, track, tennis, golf, and volleyball. I’m on a mission to make sure.

When Steve Keenum hired me in 2010, we only had 5 full-time staff in West Texas. Today we have over 60 staff in West Texas, and I’m humbled and excited to start my newest role succeeding the legendary Coach Keenum as the State Multi-Area Director of West Texas.

Today marks 15 years on staff with FCA. What a joy it has been to pursue a mission I’m passionate about with the best teammates in the world. I thank God daily for calling me to this sports ministry where I get to connect my faith in Christ with my love for coaches & athletes.
