Coram supports the case brought today by

. We are concerned that key safeguards for vulnerable children were removed without public consultation or parliamentary scrutiny, and we support the call for these legal protections to be reinstated with immediate effect.
We're having to go to court to try and reinstate 65 safeguards for children in care in England which the UK Government removed & diluted overnight in April. We're a very small charity but couldn't let this radical deregulation go unchallenged. High Court hearing starts Monday.
