It was a crazy idea that came out of my own mind - to ride the 5 countries of the UK & Ireland in 4 days, unsupported. It’s been hard, it’s been amazing, it’s even been a bit shit sometimes, but it’s something I’ll never forget & to top it off, we raised a bit of cash too! 💙🚴🏽💨

1/2 Yesterday saw stage 1 of this years charity adventures - in a few weeks time I’ll be setting off on stages 2-5 when I ride, unsupported, from home and through the 5 countries of the UK & Ireland in 4 days for the @doylephillipsfd.

Such an amazing day with the most selfless group of people. Riding 138KM, raising The Doyle Phillips Foundation profile whilst also raising funds for us to provide support to our police family. As always Thank You so much 💙 @motorolley @green_dcc
