Towards the end of March, embarrassingly enough, I weighed the back end of 19 stone. 4 months or so later, after grafting my bollocks off every single day, I’ve lost over 5 and a half stone. Feeling a hell of a lot better both mentally and physically. Chuffed with myself 🦾🦾
