Today we took part in the Stoke Century Tea Party celebrating 100 years of Stoke On Trent, joining over 15,000 people across the city. The children enjoyed sandwiches, cakes, biscuits and sausage/veggie rolls. #Stoke100 #bigcreamtea #stokiecelebration

A big thank you to Blythe Bridge Rotary who came along to our Big Century Tea Party and presented us with a cheque of £250 for our school fund. This was raised for our school during the Stoke On Trent 6 Towns centennial walk on 28th June. #Succeedtogether

Yesterday some of our children took part in the Stoke on Trent RE conference. The children learned how influential people put their faith into action to look after the world we live in. They then made a pledge to themselves of how to make a change so we can all care for the world

Another brilliant afternoon spent litter picking with Year 4 and Councillor Mubsira yesterday. The children had a lovely time and managed to collect lots of rubbish, making our local park much cleaner and safer for everyone. Well done Y4 Kahlo!

We have had a brilliant time celebrating Cultural Diversity Day today. Children have taken part in drumming, dancing, cooking and storytelling workshops. We also enjoyed seeing children’s cultural dress.

We're so happy to tell you that we've been awarded a Local School Nature Grant, thanks to players of the People's Postcode Lottery. Our pupils will receive grow to cook kits, insect study centres and more! . In addition staff will receive training to help children learn outdoors.
