Chat GTP does a pretty good job of creating characters, but it does a great job picking out topics from notes and finding the best books on the subjects in your notes.

Second house in two weeks. These self tapping screws have no business in an electrical panel. The screw will and does go into the insulation of the wire. One more twist and ⚡️. It will cause someone to have a very bad day. Hire a licensed electrician to make electrical repairs.

When they “forget” to have the gas turned on for the inspection and it is 35 degrees outside, I will improvise with some heat options. 😂
