West Texas crude oil averaged $80 a barrel in 2024. Today it’s at $56.75 because of Pres Trump’s “drill-baby-drill” deregulations and his accords with Arab governments. And now gas prices are showing it. Serious work on cutting cost of govt remains, but progress is being made.
