Back in Feb neighbour reversed in our car, admitted fault & rang their insurer, also admitting liability. Next day their insurer called us offering to 'arrange repairs for damage caused by their client' - we'd already sorted via our insurance. Now they are refusing to pay out 🤷♂️.
