It was never about Assad.
There is no Iranian influence in Syria today. Yet, Israel just bombed Damascus. The new Syria, led by a frmr AlQaeda leader, has shamefully done everything to appease Israel. But only complete emasculation is acceptable to Israel. Such is the reality of Israeli hegemony.

Tariffs were never going to crash the economy or usher in hyperinflation on their own. What they do is leave the country as a whole poorer than it would be without them. Meaning, at best, the gains from Trump's best economic policies get diminished.

President Trump will announce an aggressive plan to arm Ukraine on Monday that is expected to include offensive weapons -Axios. Two sources said that the plan may include missiles with the range to hit deep into Russia, including Moscow (~300 miles, JASSM could fit that role.)
