CA to hand down judg't this morning in ADP RPO v Haycocks on importance of whole workforce consultation to fairness of a redundancy when collective consultation under s188 NOT triggered. Is it nevertheless required by "good industrial relations"? #ukemplaw.

On 21 Oct the Employment Rights Bill had is 2nd reading & now at the Committee stage scheduled to be concluded no later than 21 Jan. We also got the first 4 related consultations and one related SI. For details see our updated tracker #ukemplaw
