We're celebrating Nellie Hill, our 95 year old volunteer who helped set up the Concern shop in Newcastle in 1992! . Since the shop opened, it has raised £1.83 million, all thanks to our unbelievable volunteers. Read their story here: #WorldVolunteerDay
