We have written to the Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice @ShabanaMahmood about the Concordat Agreement for 2025/26. We've asked if the allocation of 110,000 sitting days represents maximum judicial capacity given the record level of backlog in the Crown Court ⬇️.
