Not a literal big deal but huge for this realtor! Realtors are notoriously hard to fund. Unless of course their entity type/reporting is compatible w/SBA guidelines. Some hit harder (in a great way) than others. Not many banks/brokers get this one done. LOVE. THAT. FEELING!
