Hey @DougRDNaylor, I saw the revised Red Dwarf I-XIII Blu-Ray cover and I'd love to know if the changes were inspired by my fan edit of the original that I shared on Ganymede & Titan?. Either way, the new cover looks much better - much more distinctive silhouettes!. Nice update.

I wonder if @DougRDNaylor can shed any light on what "remastered" means in this context? It would be great to know what the plans are for this set.
"Smoke me a kipper, I'll be back for breakfast. ". Every episode of Red Dwarf has been remastered for this complete Blu-ray boxset!. Take it home here >>>

Honoured as ever to be given a guest spot at G&T to review the latest Red Dwarf book!.
REVIEW. Our friend @ComicsDave reviews a #RedDwarf book that took us all by surprise - Comedy, Chaos and Cowboys, the follow up to the seminal Making of Red Dwarf, 30+ years later. Huge revelations within.

I think Redcoat might be my favourite current Ghost Machine book - it's just a great, fun adventure every time. This latest issue is a self-contained one-shot that tells a fairly straightforward but grisly story, which is greatly enhanced by @THEBRYANHITCH's excellent art.

This makes a strong argument for the UK being able to elect our Queen.

This is so good, every time. A fast-moving gangster plot; fantastic @ChrisSamnee art with a timeless sensibility and great storytelling; and a nice handling of Bruce's relationships with Dick and Alfred, which takes in some aspects often missing from their interactions. Perfect!

The New Gods #1 was excellent, and clearly has what so many comics lack: ambition. There's a lot going on here, but it all weaves together elegantly into an epic story that I can't wait to read more of. And with @therightram and @cagle_evan it feels like we're in good hands.

It's my nephew's birthday close to Christmas, and as he likes comics, every year I buy him a collected edition - usually whatever I think has been the best book of the year. This year I couldn't choose between these two so got him both. Top work @danielwarrenart, Jacob and Chris!

Batman: Dark Patterns #1 was excellent. A tight script from @DanPGWatters that's already spinning an intriguing detective story, and fantastic art from @Cleanlined (with excellent complementary colours from @Treestumped) that tells the story perfectly. Could be an all-time great.

I picked up the new Detective Comics on good word of mouth. It kicks off a great new Batman yarn filled with interesting ideas, plenty of intrigue, and beautiful art. I'm keen to see where this goes, hopefully it's the start of a nice long run from @TomTaylorMade and @mikeljanin.

I also really enjoyed this afterword which I thought was very well said (and features a nice shout-out to @mrmarkmillar).

Zorro: Man Of The Dead was a blast, a fast-moving action-based story with a nice modern-day take on the legend. I'm a @SeanMurphyArt fan but this is some of his best art in a while, with really detailed environments and characters as well as some very dynamic fights & car chases.

"The War" by Garth Ennis & @beckycloonan, currently being serialised in Hello Darkness from @boomstudios, is a fantastic piece of work. It's grim and bleak, but utterly compelling, and the writing and art work together perfectly. It deserves a dedicated collection once it's done.
