This week @TedderAcademy delivered the Chief of the Air Staff’s 2024 Leadership Conference. The topic was leadership and risk in uncertainty. An excellent event, we were joined by superb speakers from the RAF, industry and academia. @ChiefofAirStaff @MIT @SpaceX #TheLeadingEdge

Last week, aircraft from number 6 Flying Training School, part of the RAF College, deployed to RNAS Culdrose in Cornwall to make sure local RAF Air Cadets got the opportunity to fly in the Tutor aircraft. A great team effort, and a lot of very happy cadets. @aircadets @ComdtAC

Space domain awareness is critical to Defence of critical national infrastructure. UK Space Command is just on way that space professionals from the RAF and other services contribute to UK Defence. #noordinaryjob.
The National Space Operations Centre and @RAFFylingdales monitored the break-up of the Chinese Long March 6A rocket earlier this week. UK Space Command and @spacegovuk are monitoring the debris to assess any potential risks to UK satellites.

I am always really impressed with the dedication and professionalism of our University Air Squadron personnel. Whether they go on to join the RAF or not, they are fantastic ambassadors.
One of the best things about @airtattoo this year was the opportunity to meet some of the enthusiastic future aviators, including some from Birmingham and Liverpool University Air Squadrons.

An honour to be able to lay a wreath at the 80th Anniversary of the Great Escape over the weekend at Stalag Luft III. Pictures of the 50 recaptured personnel murdered by the Nazis were carried by serving @RoyalAirForce personnel at a poignant ceremony at the exit to ‘Harry’.
