Edge signal yet @asktelecelgh_ @TelecelGhana call center agent said they currently do not have any issues with the internet signal in my area. I don't know what to do now.

I'm going to sue @TelecelGhana for reimbursement of data, whenever i subscribe to their 24hr bundle plan the network goes off to edge but when it's 24hrs my bundle expires without me using it. This has cost me financially. @asktelecelgh_

I reported a network issue to @asktelecelgh_ and they replied to have resolved the issue but I cant see it on my phone @TelecelGhana, we need 4G.
